Shipping
Once we have received your order, we will process it as soon as possible!
You will be kept informed via email about the status of your order.
Domestic Shipping (Netherlands)
Your package will be handed over to PostNL and shipped via standard parcel service.
Whenever possible, we use letterbox parcels that fit through your mailbox, meaning you don’t have to be home for delivery.
Once we have handed over your package for shipping, you will automatically receive an email with a track & trace code to track your package.
We aim to ship your package within 1 to 3 working days.
Please take into account possible delays during holidays.

International Shipping
Your package will be handed over to PostNL and shipped via standard parcel service.
Whenever possible, we use letterbox parcels, which are shipped in a plastic mailing bag.
Once we have handed over your package for shipping, you will receive an email with a track & trace code.
All international shipments are insured and include tracking. If your package is lost, the full order amount will be credited.

Returns
Note:Different return policies apply to purchases made in our physical store in Utrecht.
Return Conditions
Items may be returned within 14 days of receipt if they do not meet your expectations.
We do not accept returns of worn or damaged clothing.
Makeup, earrings, underwear, lingerie, and swimwear can only be returned if the packaging is unopened or if the item is demonstrably unworn.
Returning Your Items
If possible, fill out the included return form.
Preferably use the original shipping box or mailer bag. If the packaging is damaged, please use an alternative sturdy package.

Return shipping costs are at your own expense.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, the amount will be refunded within 7 working days to the bank account on record.
If you have not received your refund after 7 working days, please contact us.
Important Refund Conditions
Free Shipping: If your order originally qualified for free shipping (from €75 NL / €100 EU / €200 WORLD), but the total amount falls below this threshold after returning items, the shipping costs will still be charged and deducted from the refund amount.
Free Gifts with Purchase: If you received a free product with your order and decide to return the rest of your order, the standard retail price of the free item will be deducted from the refund amount.
