WARRANTY POLICY
You are always entitled to the statutory warranty. This means that a product must meet the reasonable expectations of the consumer. The statutory warranty applies for a period of 6 months after purchase, unless otherwise stated.

DEFECTS NOT COVERED BY THE WARRANTY:
Wear and tear due to normal use and external influences.
Damage due to improper use, excessive strain, or careless maintenance.
Excessive perspiration.
Discoloration and dye transfer of clothing.
Pilling of clothing.
Damage resulting from not following the washing and care instructions as stated on the product label.
Wear and tear on swimwear. Damage caused by external influences, such as friction, sharp objects, or chemicals.
Defects in water- and windproofing of clothing, unless explicitly stated in the product description in our webshop.
Items that cause physical discomfort due to their design, such as sweating or blisters.
The wearing off of the gold layer on gold-plated jewelry (gold on silver) is a natural process influenced by usage and skin contact and is not covered by the warranty.
(Denim) jeans that stretch over time (this is normal).
Our vintage and second-hand clothing items may already show signs of wear. As this is inherent to the nature of these items, they are not covered by the warranty.
