RETURN POLICY STORE IN UTRECHT
PLEASE NOTE: This is the return policy of our physical store in Utrecht. Different return conditions apply to our webshop.
• Purchased items, if unworn and with the clothing labels attached, can be exchanged for another product or for store credit within 8 days of purchase upon presentation of this coupon. Store credit does not expire and can be used both in the store and on the webshop
• Discounted items from the 'sale', vintage and second-hand items cannot be exchanged
• Purchased products cannot be returned for money
• We do not accept returns of clothing that has been worn, that has (make-up) stains or is damaged. All hangtags must still be attached to the items. Because of hygiene reasons; underwear, lingerie and swimwear can only be returned if the packaging is unopened or if the items are demonstrably unworn. We do NOT take back make-up, perfume (rollers), sunscreen, body care products and the like.

WARRANTY POLICY
• You are always entitled to the legal guarantee. This means that a product is or must do what the consumer can reasonably expect from it.
• If you have a warranty claim, please contact us. We'll see what we can do for you!
DEFECTS NOT COVERD BY THE WARRANTY:
• Normal wear and tear on clothing.
• Normal wear and tear from the outside.
• Defects caused by incorrect or intensive use.
• Excessive perspiration.
• Bleeding dye and/or discoloration of clothing.
• Fabric pilling.
• Defects caused by washing or drying.
• Wear on swimwear. Defects caused by external influences, for example; friction, sharp objects or chemicals.
• Defects in water and wind resistance of clothing, unless strictly stated in the product description in our webshop.
• Items that cause physical discomfort because of the model, for example; sweating or blisters.
• The gold layer wearing off in gold-plated jewelry (gold on silver) 3 months after purchase
• Jeans and pants becoming baggy/saggy (this is normal)
• Wear and tear on vintage or second-hand clothing. These items are old and worn and can therefore already contain wear that reduce the durability of the garment.
